Support for Men
We recognise that men can also be affected by pregnancy loss, baby loss, or pregnancy choices. While these experiences may differ from those of women, societal expectations may lead some men to feel pressured to stay strong for their partner.
However, many men grieve and may face mental health challenges as a result of such experiences.
Please complete a self referral from and we aim to be in touch within three weeks to arrange an initial appointment. For couples, please both complete a self referral and note this on your form.
Voluntary Contributions
We encourage everyone receiving support from TimeNorfolk to contribute weekly throughout the duration of their support. We understand that circumstances differ, and we suggest a donation of £30 per session or whatever you can afford. Please note that our support is available regardless of whether a contribution is made. However, we ask that you be prepared to discuss this during your initial appointment.
How we can support you
We begin with an initial appointment to understand your circumstances, explore your needs, and discuss how we can support you.
Our services include individual counselling, couples counselling, group support, or an onward referral. We offer face to face support in Norwich as well as online sessions.
Counselling sessions
TimeNorfolk offers counselling to anyone experiencing mental health challenges due to pregnancy loss at any stage, baby loss or pregnancy choices.

Men’s Support group
TimeNorfolk supports bereaved parents of any gender. We are aware that men may have less support available to them following pregnancy or baby loss. We are looking to offer a group open to men impacted by pregnancy or baby loss who are keen to meet with others.
