Covid-19 - Face To Face Guidance

We are pleased to welcome you in person to TimeNorfolk. We understand that you have chosen to have your support sessions face to face in preference to online. We are committed to ensuring your session is safe and welcoming.

SYMPTOMS:

Please do not attend a session if you feel generally unwell, or have had a first positive Covid-19 test less than 5 days ago.

​

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an indoor waiting room if you arrive early.

​

There are toilets in our buildings, these are cleaned regularly.

​

We are typically able to offer an online appointment instead of face to face in the event of illness, please contact the office in this circumstance.
