Doorway of Hope Vigil 2020

Over the past few years many of you may have heard of, or even attended, our annual Doorway of Hope service at Norwich Cathedral. It’s a beautiful service of remembrance and hope for men and women who have experienced pregnancy loss, and has given many men and women the opportunity to say goodbye.

This year we all find ourselves in uncertain times and we had to decide whether we’d even be able to hold the Doorway of Hope this year.

We knew that if we could find a way, we had to make it happen, so this year we are introducing the Doorway of Hope Vigil.

For those who have been before, it will look different, but be no less special.

The vigil will be 30 mins long and will adhere to all Covid-19 safety measures, but there will still be the opportunity to light a candle and write a message in remembrance.
