What We Do
Counselling
TimeNorfolk provides a range of counselling services, including individual, couples, and group support. Our dedicated team comprises 18 counsellors who are either fully qualified or actively pursuing their qualifications. Each counsellor undergoes specialised training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges our clients face.

Community
TimeNorfolk is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community for those navigating pregnancy loss, baby loss, or complex pregnancy choices. We strive to extend our reach beyond our centre by creating opportunities for individuals with shared experiences to connect and support one another.
We deeply value the importance of remembering and honouring babies who have been lost. To support this, we host annual remembrance services in Norwich and Great Yarmouth. These gatherings provide a comforting space for individuals and families to come together, grieve, and commemorate their babies.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We are actively growing our network with compassionate organisations and groups across Norfolk and Waveney. For further resources, please explore our signposting agencies here:

Education and Training
TimeNorfolk is committed to sharing its expertise to support individuals and communities affected by pregnancy loss, baby loss, and pregnancy choices. We believe that education is a powerful driver of change. We offer training for professionals in bereavement, healthcare, and wellbeing. For inquiries about our training programs, please email: info@timenorfolk.org.uk.
We also provide annual Continued Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for counsellors supporting those who have experienced pregnancy and baby loss. While primarily tailored to our practitioners, we occasionally open these sessions to counsellors in the Norfolk and Waveney region.

Advocacy
TimeNorfolk is dedicated to ensuring that experiences of pregnancy loss and baby loss are acknowledged and respected. We empower clients to actively contribute to shaping the support and services available to them and others in the future.
A key part of our work is representing client voices to key stakeholders, including the NHS and government bodies at both national and local levels. We believe it is vital to convey the perspectives of those we support to decision-makers with care and respect.
We also take part in national awareness campaigns, such as Baby Loss Awareness Week, which play an essential role in highlighting the issues affecting our community.
